I'm watching my *current* favourite show now! V. Happy:):)

The show is so awesome. They are fighting now:):)

Yangmulao looks so evil. Hehe...

It's raining outside. The windows are clouded with raindrops and the outside world is a blur.Inside the house, there is myself at the computer typing away, my grandmother in the kitchen preparing lunch.

I'm supposed to be revising for Science and I intend to. Just that I'm feeling thoughtful today.

1/2 hour later

The rain has stopped. Through the raindrops, I can make out vague figures of trees and far-away buildings. The sun breaks through the clouds and the sky looks so peaceful.

Let's return to reality.

As I type this post, I am having my lunch. Yes, I need to save time for revision. But still, maybe I should take things easily. Yes, that's what I'll do.

Not only have I been rushing , things around me rush. People rush, Time rush(es), Cars rush, Money rushes(and is gone before you know it), Clouds rush by and you can go on till the cows go home.

Reminds me of Math. Yes I have to get off the com and do revision. Oh and Chinese if I have spare time. There's a lot to do for Chinese.

I need to stop. Control myself. Calm down.



I actually feel better.

You all must be wondering who the Umbrella Guy is. Well, he's this character in one of my *CURRENT* favorite shows. He is definitely an elf. Well, in my opinion at least. Let's have a look at the facts.

Why the umbrella guy is an elf:

x He has pointy ears! I ♥pointy ears!!!!
x He carries a light weapon(the umbrella) as compared to his friends' less delicate weapons. But he doesn't use a bow like an elf does. Although his father can shoot really well!
x He builds wooden houses on trees everywhere he goes. LOL!!! And they NEVER get discovered. And he is a tree-hugger. So are elves.
x He can play the flute or some music instrument well. Same goes for the elves.
x He doesn't spare a thought about other people- except for people he cares about. Elves are like that too. They left Middle Earth because they HAD TO but they didn't help much EVEN THOUGH THEY COULD.
x He is pretty much agile. Like Legolas. (I am NOT a Legolas fan girl. I ♥ Frodo and Gollum!!!)
x He is what the chinese will call feng du pian pian. So are elves. Which means: 'Has an elegant carriage' According to the dictionary at least. Weird...
x I asked my mum if the characters in my favourite show went into LOTR, who would they be. I asked Elves first and my Mum said the umbrella guy!!!!
x My junior says(and I think) he looks like an elf!!!

Conclusion: The umbrella guy IS an elf!!!! HAHAHAHA!

Today was even stranger. Firstly, the Chinese reading passage was about

Umbrellas

. I just happened to be obsessed with

WHITE umbrellas

. After having my lunch at Bukit Panjang Plaza, I came across this CD shop which was showing this weird music video in which random people were doing a dance with

WHITE umbrellas

.(The umbrellas in the video were really disgusting. They reminded me of those recyclable ones.)

It's freaky that things are so coincident. Too much of a coincidence really. But strange things do happen to people once in a while, don't they?

Hi Everyone,

I have embarked on a mission to develop speed-of-lightening- reactions.I was watching this awesome Chinese show(please don't ask what) in which the main characters had freaky reactions. I decided to try some experiments out. For instance, when Kar Leng dropped something, I rushed out to try to pick it up. I did succeed but I hit Kar Leng's head in the process. D: Jia Min was amused and slightly irritated.

During recess, when I was queuing up in the canteen, I turned around for no particular reason and saw Ming Lu. I was really bored so I asked her to lend me her wallet to test my reactions. Ming Lu had a slightly questioning look about my ability to catch her wallet but she still let me drop it. I almost caught it but it still landed on the floor. Poor Ming Lu. I feel bad now. D:

I haven't had much success. In fact, this reaction training thing is making me more paranoid than usual.People who are the subjects of my reaction experiments get irritated too.

Maybe I should find safer alternatives. Perhaps the ruler test? I tried it a few times before but that was quite long ago. My reaction may be faster now.

Basically, for the ruler test, another person drops a ruler and the person's whose reaction is being tested catches it. When/If the person catches it, the point on which the finger is resting will be measured(Markings on the ruler, remember?) and more or less, the person's reaction speed can be judged.

Hmm... Who will be willing to test my reaction?

Dear readers,

Commencing from today, I will write in a letter format. I hope you all bear with me. Thank you. I really appreciate it!:D No I will NOT write in a letter format. It's constraining. Still, writing letters is fun!

The day's events
Firstly, today was not a typical day since there was English and Chinese Prelim LC. At approxiamately 8 o'clock, our class went down to the hall. We have Chinese LC first. It was... not too bad. However, I'm sure I have one question wrong:(

Never mind. This rambling about LC is irritating-for you to read and me to write.Let's talk about English LC.

After recess, we went for English LC. We waited in the corridor before going in for LC. Jia Qian got bored so she watched the birds and the construction workers building the condo next door. She pointed out a worker who was holding a water hose and watering plants and I overheard her saying:

"Look. The guy is peeing on the plants!"

They started giggling and I couldn't help doing so either! XD!!!!

Then, she said something about the birds walking in pairs and crossing the road. A while later, I heard Jamie laughing. I thought she had also heard JQ talking about the construction worker and the birds. However, she told me that Jia Min had said something funny. I noticed Jia Min was also observing the birds. Before long, the six of us(Jia Min, Divya, Jamie, Myself, Judy and Jiaqian)had our eyes fixed on the adorable little birdies. The way they walked was just so amusing! Jia Qian said that they kept moving towards the construction site because they wanted to see the guy "peeing". We laughed like mad upon hearing this. Mrs.Chong must have thought we had lost it so she told us to stop talking. lol!

Secondly, we all received a cap and a water bottle because GEP was commmerating it's 25th anniversary. The colours are really horrible.

- Took the time to check out Star Girl by McFly after I remembered someone recommended it to me a week ago.

Now I am back to my blog and will be switching to Youtube.

The ND costume design competition was fun.

6P's model was Nic and she had this hat thing on her head, some Malay costume and other stuff. Not bad 6P:)

6Q's model was Syasha. She was the Merlion. The dress was so original and creative! Fancy using bubble-wrap!!!

We also did the Merlion but ours was not as fanciful. Still, it was pretty well done for a last-minute, on the spot job!:) Our model was Lil and she was really tolerant of us stapling newspapers on her super tight curtain "dress". Charmaine made some flowers out of magazines and we made a "necklace" for Lily. I didn't take any photos so I can't describe the dress fully. But anyway, most of you have seen how it looks like. 6R rolls!

P.S. Surprisingly, we didn't sing any songs in the corridor. We didn't do the RGPS wave either. Sigh. RGPS is TOO paranoid about H1N1...
